Armstrong is no longer seven-time champion

Lance Armstrong, who has just been robbed of seven Tours, has changed its official Twitter profile. The U.S. has removed the phrase "seven-time Tour de France" and now simply says: "Raising my 5 children battling cancer. Swimming, biking, running and playing golf whenever I can."

Just been slow to respond to the American news ICU. Without knowing whether Armstrong will appeal the decision to CAS, it seems that right now is no longer considered the winner of seven editions of the prestigious gala round.

 

There has been no official reaction from the Texan and his profile on twitter seems the only clue for how Armstrong has taken the press conference of Pat McQuaid. Before the UCI gave reason to report USADA, Armstrong's self-description was: "A father of five incredible seven times Tour de France winner, full time fighter against cancer, part-time triathlete" .

 

Now, after confirming the lifetime ban and the cancellation of his victories, has been as follows: "Raising my 5 children battling cancer. Swimming, biking, running and playing golf whenever I can."

Travel to Masella

Hi, today we want to talk about a travel organized by Ángel Hortal also knowm as the crazy teacher of phisical education and Loli Alcaraz the English teacher.
In this travel we can go to Masella and Andorra where we can do snow or ski.
We go to Masella on 17th of December and we arrive to San Vicente 21th of December too.
The price is 275€, it's to cheap and it's a great chance if you like the snow or this type of sports. Moreover, you can sell ballots to do it cheaper.
Here you have all we'll do:
-17th December: we go out at 8 am of San Vicente and we arrive to Masella at 4 pm
-18, 19 and 20th December: we'll dedicate this days to practise these winter sports. In the afternoon, we'll do several activities in our hostel and finally, Wednesday afternoon we'll visit Puigcerdá, a little village.

Helping new students

The students of 2º Bachillerato want to help new people of the high school. In this page you can say whatever you want: problems, questions, etc.

Here you have some tips to make the stay more enjoyable:

-You should look at the diary if you don't know where the classrooms are, as we can see a paper where the classroom's numbers appear

-You don't have to be embarrassed at the time of talking with you tutor if you have a fight, dispute, doubts, problems, asking for advice...etc.

-If you don't have enough money to buy whatever book, you can take books from the high school's library or the books bank from A.M.P.A. When you pass the academic year, you should give the books to the book bank for other students who will need them.

-Be careful if you're late. The concierge closes the door 10 min after ringing the bell, so don't sleep over and you set two alarms.

-The centre has a Orientation Departament, where they can help you to solve questions about your future. In addition, if you have any problems you can talk with the psycologist.

Sergio Garcia has admitted thoughts of helping Europe to Ryder Cup glory hampered his form at the Tour Championship.

The 32-year-old, who failed to make the European team in 2010 but worked as one of Colin Montgomerie's assistants, finished joint 15th in the final event before the tournament.

And with his level of excitement at being back playing in the Ryder Cup in Chicago "probably a 12" out of 10, Garcia claims he perhaps lost his focus at Tour Championship.
"I had so many things in my head right now - I was probably thinking too much about the Ryder Cup," he said.
"I played every round with one of the American team and couldn't stop myself thinking: 'Right, I'm one up now' or whatever.
"I've always enjoyed the match and I just hope my game gets back to where it was. Hopefully I'll get some nice practice in and get going.
"I want to play as well as I can to help my team, although I've always said that I'd rather lose all my five games and Europe wins than win all five and we lose."

Ollie: Experience will be key

The Spaniard, who leads the Europe side into battle this week, believes they will benefit from having so many players who are PGA Tour regulars on the team.
Only three players - Miguel Angel Jimenez, Paul Lawrie and rookie Nicolas Colsaerts made the once-feted official flight across the atlantic this year, in company with captain Olazabal and the trophy.
Ian Poulter, Justin Rose, Luke Donald, Rory McIlroy and Lee Westwood regularly ply their trade Stateside and Olazabal hopes their experience will hold the team in good stead at Medinah.
"It's completely different to, say, 15 years ago," he said. "Some of the European players have their base here, they play the tour, they're very familiar with the golf courses and their opponents.
"So in that regard they feel more comfortable with the whole situation of coming to the United States to play the Ryder Cup.
"It has changed in that respect, and also they have realised over the years they can compete with the players over here. That, somehow boosts your confidence and that plays a very important part when you're playig matchplay."
Europe have won four of the last five Ryder Cups but Olazabal insisted that record would have little bearing on the outcome this week.
"This is a new Ryder Cup. We are playing here against a very strong team, playing away," he added. "The crowds are going to be rooting for the home team really strong, so we have to be prepared for that.
"I've said all along both teams are pretty even, and I think it's going to be a close match. From that point of view I don't see a favourite, and it will have to be decided on the golf course."

Movie review: Ted

Ted is a movie made by Seth MacFarlane, the creator of Family Guy (Padre de Familia). The 29 of June this year Ted had it's premiere in the cinemas and the movie has had a great success ever after.

The movie is about the teddybear Ted. Ted is quite different form other teddybears; he is alive, pot-smoking and naughty. Ted has been John's best friend ever since childhood and they are inseperate. This challenges the relationsship between John and his girlfriend Lori. Lori gives John an ultimatum; her or his teddybear, and John chooses her.

In the movie we see how Ted is forced to “grow up”, get a job and live on his own. He failes miserably and ends up naughtier, more pot-smoking and worse than ever. To get his life straightened out he has to get John back..

We liked the movie a lot. It is funny and it has just the right amount of inappropriateness and black humor. A movie made by the creator of Family Guy simply can't go wrong. We advise you all to see it!

We are going to speak about the new program called The Voice.

This program is about four famous people who are important in Spain . They have to select fourteen contestants to form a music band. After that, the famous singers start to prepare the contestants so that they become stars.

First of all the contestants must pass a casting , but these auditions are going to be televised and we are able to see them on our televisions.

In the casting the famous can´t see the contestants , so that they don´t judge them by their apperence only for their voices.

When a famous person likes the voice of a contestant , he or she pushes a button to turn their chair and she or he selects this contestant for his or her group.

Secondly the famous singer should prepare other people to win the programme.
